Kyung joined CASA in August 2014 as a Case Supervisor, later serving as Program Director before becoming the Executive Director in April 2025. Prior to joining CASA, she worked as a volunteer attorney at the Family Law unit at Essex-Newark Legal Services. She is a graduate of Wellesley College where she majored in English and minored in Elementary Teaching Education. Kyung received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and has been admitted to the Bar in New Jersey. While at St. John’s Law School, she was a legal intern in the Child Advocacy Clinic where she advocated for a teen in foster care to get her legal status under the Special Immigrant Juveniles program.

Clare joined CASA in January 2016. Prior to CASA, Clare worked in advertising sales, marketing and public relations. She is a graduate of Georgetown University where she received her B.A. in Government.

Theresa joined CASA in November 2016, but she is not new to the CASA program. Prior to joining the Hudson CASA staff, she worked at the Bergen County CASA program for over 9 years. Theresa was born and raised in Jersey City and received her Bachelor's degree in Business /Accounting from St. Peter's College in 1981.
Once she trained to become a CASA volunteer in 2005, Theresa made a major career change by joining the Bergen County CASA staff in 2008 and she has been involved with CASA ever since.

Paola joined CASA in August 2021. She grew up in Colombia, where she received her J.D. from Universidad Externado de Colombia in 2017. Paola is a graduate of Montclair State University where she obtained her Master’s degree in Child Advocacy and Policy in 2021. Prior to CASA, she worked as an intern at Wynona's House Child Advocacy Center in Newark, NJ. Paola brings to CASA her bilingual skills and her experience advocating for children’s wellbeing.

Katie joined CASA in November 2022. Prior to joining the Hudson CASA staff, Katie volunteered as an advocate for CASA in Essex County for 6 years. Before her involvement with CASA, Katie worked as a litigation associate in for Sidley Austin LLP, and as a senior counsel in the Division of Enforcement for the United States Securities & Exchange Commission. Katie has a B.A. from the College of William and Mary, and a J.D. from Boston University.

Tish joined CASA in April 2023 after a 26 year career in advertising and publishing. She has served on the boards of local non-profits that provide services and support to children with autism, and adults with developmental disabilities. She currently serves on the boards of the Bayonne Chamber of Commerce, The Bayonne Municipal Hospital Authority and the Bayonne Urban Enterprise Zone. Tish and her husband Ron are former resource parents who adopted their daughters through DCPP, and she brings her life and work experience into her new role at CASA.

Caroline rejoined CASA in May 2026, having previously worked as part of the team from 2019 to 2023 as a Case Supervisor. Before joining the CASA staff, Caroline volunteered as an advocate for a teen in Jersey City for 4 years and worked in finance in Manhattan. Caroline grew up in England where she received a B.A. in Developmental Psychology from Sussex University, followed by a J.D. from New York law School.

Fanny joined CASA in January 2012. She grew up in the Dominican Republic, where she received her degree in Business Management at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo. Fanny brings to CASA her bilingual skills and more than 10 years of experience in business operations.

Roslyn joined Hudson County CASA in February 2025. Prior to joining CASA, she worked in Administrative and Office Services in Manhattan since 2012. Her experience comes from working at Public Relations agencies where she grew as a professional, honed her skills, and found customer service to be a passion. She grew up in Jersey City and attended Kean University where she received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Biology. Roslyn also has experience working with children of all ages, and has volunteered at a summer camp in Canada and has worked at a daycare in Jersey City.

Georgia joined CASA in July 2015. Prior to CASA, she worked in non-profit fundraising in the Denver Metro area. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Georgia graduated with a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers University in May 2020 and is a licensed social worker in New Jersey.

Beverly served as the Executive Director of CASA from 2005 until 2025 and led the organization through a period of growth of its volunteer base, staff and the number of children served.
In 2009, Beverly secured a new home for CASA as part of a non-profit collaborative, the St. Paul’s Center for Caring, located in the heart of Jersey City. In 2008 she was recognized for her leadership by United Way of Hudson County when they named her the recipient of their Vivian Dupree Leadership Award.
Before joining CASA, Beverly was Director of Development & External Affairs at the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, North Jersey Affiliate. She is a trustee emeritus of the Kent Place School for Girls and a past president of the Board of Trustees of Stevens Cooperative School. A graduate of Barnard College in New York City, she has served as an advisory board member of the Barnard Business and Professional Women's Group.
Prior to her non-profit work, Beverly was a reporter for The Star Ledger and has written for the New Jersey section of the New York Times.
