Hudson County CASA welcomes 11 new volunteers, who were sworn-in by Judge Lourdes Santiago this past May. We are all looking forward to serving more children in foster care thanks to this very committed group, who completed many long hours of training.
Provident Bank Awards CASA
On August 17th, Jane Kurek, Executive Director of The Provident Bank Foundation along with Konstantin Yusipov, Market Manager of Provident Bank, presented The Provident Bank Foundation grant to CASA for Project Helping Hands.
The Provident Bank Foundation was established in 2003 by Provident Bank to enhance the quality of life in the region through support of not-for-profit groups, institutions, schools and other 501(c)(3) organizations that provide services in communities served by the Bank. Since inception, the Foundation has granted more than $23 million to not-for-profit organizations and institutions working toward stronger communities.
Annual Backpack Drive 2018
At the beginning of each school year, CASA distributes name-brand backpacks stuffed with school supplies to all its foster children as well as all the children living in the same placement. Thank you to all who donated!

Hudson County CASA welcomed 20 new volunteers, who were sworn-in by Judge Bariso on Wednesday, Feb. 7! We are looking forward to serving many more children in foster care thanks to this committed group who completed 30 hours of training.
CASA Hosts Annual Volunteer Holiday Party
CASA was in the Christmas spirit last night at our annual volunteer holiday party! Volunteers also picked up gifts and cookies for their CASA family. CASA Co-Hosts Aging Out Resource Fair
On Oct. 13, Hudson County CASA co-hosted the annual Aging-Out Resource Fair/Symposium for 60 teen-agers in foster care, many of them our kids. Our case supervisors, Kyung Lee and Robyn Mate were there, with Law Guardian Megan Riccio (pictured).

Pier 13 in Hoboken to Hold Annual Benefit for CASA
CASA's annual Pier 13 Night will be held on Thursday, July 14th. This evening benefits Hudson County foster children and celebrates CASA's volunteers. Join us for a fun night of food, drinks and gorgeous view of the city at this amazing venue in Hoboken.
