UPS service providers are the eyes and ears of the communities where they deliver. That is exactly what Joe Paris of the Jersey City Center did this year [2008]. One of his customers is Hudson County Court Appointed Special Advocates or CASA as it is generally known. Joe and Steve Ball, the UPS account executive for CASA, worked together to bring attention to the needs of this very special agency.

Toots & Tallie, Hoboken's destination for urban chic, hosted a holiday shopping event, in December of 2009, in support of Hudson County CASA. The weekend event featured a kick-off party and trunk shows of local designers. A portion of the proceeds of that weekend's sales was generously donated to Hudson County CASA. We thank Toots & Tallie for their support and generosity, especially Adrienne Kowalski, owner of Toots & Tallie and a 16-year resident of Hoboken.
